Google Announces Wave
Google will launch it's new communication tool called Google Wave later in 2009.

Google Wave is the next in a long line of Google apps that are changing the face of personal, business, and educational technology. Google describes Wave as "equal parts conversation and document, where people can communicate and work together with richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more."
